1. Description

Calcium Well Liquid has been scientifically developed on the basis of the very latest research and provides a rich source of calcium and co-factors in a smooth, great tasting liquid. The formula also provides vitamin D which helps with the normal absorption of calcium by the body.

Calcium Well contains the preferred D3 form of Vitamin D. Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is the form of vitamin D that is produced by the skin on exposure to sunlight. D3 is the preferred form of vitamin D because it is the specific form made in the human body and therefore more effective than D2 which is found in some supplements.

3. Indications :

Calcium is important for everyone

Ensuring an adequate intake of calcium is vital for men and women of all ages, as evidence suggests that healthy practices early in life, including the adequate consumption of calcium and trace elements, contribute to normal bone health and optimal bone mineralisation. Peak bone mass, obtained during childhood and adolescent growth is known to be of major importance in maintaining bones later in life. The UK Department of Health recommends that people aged 65 years and over should take a daily supplement of 10mcg of vitamin D.

Calcium is vital for older women

Both sexes lose bone mass during their lifetime but after the menopause women usually lose bone mass much faster than men.

Postmenopausal women have an increased risk of bone loss for three reasons:

• Bone mineral content tends to be lower in women than in men
• Dietary calcium intake may decrease with age
• The rate of bone loss accelerates at menopause

Have difficulty swallowing tablets?

This liquid formula is ideal for those who have difficulty with swallowing tablets, and provides calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and zinc which contribute to the maintenance of normal bone health. Getting enough calcium is especially important for men and women over 50, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and during and after the menopause.

Children’s growth and development

With a delicious taste, Calcium well  Liquid is ideal for children. Calcium well liquid provides calcium and vitamin D which are needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.

Dairy and fat free

Calcium well Liquid contains no dairy products and is 100% fat free. It is ideal for those using soya milk who wish to supplement their diet with calcium and magnesium. Calcium well Liquid is also suitable for vegetarians.

4.RDA recommended daily allowance

How to use:

• Children (1-8 Years): 1 teaspoonful daily.
• Children (+9 Years): 2 teaspoonful daily.
• Adults (Men and Women): 2 teaspoonful daily.
• During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: 2 teaspoonful daily.

5.Caution & Warnings:

• Do not exceed the recommended intake.
• Calcium well Liquid can be continued for as long as required.
• Once opened use within 3 months.
• To prevent possible contamination with metals such as lead, oyster calcium and bone-dolomite have not been included in the Calcium well formulation.

As with other supplements, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies, or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
